A performance is not "an animator with a speaker" — it is a staged story with actors, sets, lighting and music. The children are not an audience: they help the heroes, take on tasks, dance and come up on stage.
We stage an interactive musical fairy-tale on the stage of the Masterland theatre, running 60 minutes. Nobody else on Cyprus does this format.
The birthday child can be written into the script as a character or given a solo moment — and then the whole room watches them for an hour. We agree this in advance, while the programme is being planned.
The format works well for mixed groups with both toddlers and teenagers: the plot holds everyone's attention, while the interactive parts are pitched by age.
